PayPal does NOT send you junk e-mail or SPAM when you use them for payment. Your first payment through PayPal will require a few extra steps but the next payment will only require your e-mail address & password. PAYPAL will accept MC/Visa/Debit Card/Discover/AMEX, or you can use your checking account to transfer money to your verified PAYPAL account for Electronic Checks.
There is a $25.00 minimum order. Please allow up to 2
to 6 weeks for delivery.
We try to get each order out as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We ship from the West Coast of the United States of
America. Orders going to an address on the East Coast usually take around 5-6 business days to arrive at their destinations ONCE they've been shipped.
Sometimes a specific product in your order may not be immediately in stock & will take a few extra days or sometimes a week to become available. We
appreciate your kind patience.
UPS Shipping is calculated at the end of your order based upon the shipping address that you provide us. Shipping is generally a third (+ or -) of the order costs depending on the shipping destination to either business or residential. UPS also charges $5 for incorrect zip codes and YOU will be billed as appropriate via PAYPAL. On business addresses be sure to indicate the BUSINESS name of the address as again, UPS charges $5 for missing BUSINESS NAME when delivering to business addresses without suite numbers, etc and YOU will be billed via Pay Pal if this happens.
We're sorry but we cannot accept "International Orders" at this time.
Summertime and other HEAT wave Disclaimer: Temperatures across the USA during late Spring/Summer can be quite hot. Therefore we cannot guarantee any of our chocolate products to make it to you without melting. We can only guarantee that when they are picked up by UPS from us that they are in excellent condition. We cannot accept responsibility for melted chocolate items shipped during the Spring/Summer months (May 3 - October 15) and cannot offer refunds, replacements or credits for melted chocolate items. We are pleased to ship any chocolate item to you but you buy these items with the risk of melting during shipping. This includes any item that is "chocolate" or "chocolate-covered" and all of the "Harry London" items. The "Harry London Mint Cookie Joys" are especially vulnerable to heat.
